Paseo (Fremont)	Awesome cuban sandwiches! I got the one with prawns - it's messy, but not too spicy, even at level 5. Bread was crusty, the onions were sauteed to perfection. Highly recommended.

Kingfish Cafe (Capitol Hill)	Great soul food! Cornbread, fried chicken, pork chops, collard greens... all the staples. Short, but good wine list.

The Matador (Ballard)	Upscale Tequila bar and Mexican restaurant. Good selection of premium tequilas and surprisingly good salsa. The habanero shrimp enchiladas are HOT, but good. Tends to get crowded so be prepared to wait it out at the bar.

Red Mill Burgers (Phinney Ridge)	Best burgers in Seattle! Go for the bacon cheeseburger and onion rings.

Wasabi Bistro (Belltown)	Belltown sushi. Cool, happening bar. Food is pretty good, but you'll find better.

El Camino (Fremont)	Mexican restaurant in Fremont. Being from Texas, I'm picky with my Mexican food... El Camino has very good margaritas, and plenty of interior style food. Not as much Tex-Mex as I'd like to see, but good none the less.

Etta's (Downtown)	Great seafood, just north of Pike Place Market. The crab cakes rule!

Tutta Bella (Wallingford)	Fun place, good pizza, can get very busy and loud. Seems like there's always lots of kids around.

Crush (Central District)	Upscale, hip restaurant in a converted old farmhouse. We went here on my birthday. Food was good, service was great, but we had a table of 8 sitting next to us that made the entire experience a little distracting.
